Industrial IoT (IIoT) Solutions in Bengaluru
Vision Automation builds Industrial IoT and factory digitalization systems for manufacturing lines in Bengaluru. The work connects the machines you already run to software that records production, shows live status, and keeps a history your team can use.
A typical job starts on the shop floor: a PLC, a sensor, or a test station that already controls the process. We add the communication path, the logging software, and a dashboard. The result is machine data your production and quality teams can see without replacing the controller.
PLC and machine connectivity
Industrial IoT only works when the software can talk to the machine. Vision Automation connects shop-floor controllers to a PC using the protocol the PLC already supports.
-
Controllers we program and connect
- Mitsubishi PLC
- Delta PLC
- Omron PLC
-
Communication paths
- Modbus TCP and Modbus RTU
- Ethernet communication
- Serial communication
- Machine-to-PC connectivity
If the line needs new logic as well as data, that work is covered under PLC programming in Bengaluru, including troubleshooting, HMI changes, and new model additions.
Industrial data acquisition
Once the link is in place, edge software reads the values that matter for the process and writes them to a database on the plant network. This is the same approach used in our PLC machine data logging installations.
- Real-time machine data collection
- Production data logging
- Process parameter recording
- Alarm and event logging
- Traceability records tied to a cycle, batch, or part
- SQLite or SQL database integration
Industrial dashboards
Dashboards are built for the people who run the line, not as a generic template. Most are custom Windows applications on a shop-floor PC. Where the plant needs it, the same data can be viewed from another PC on the network. See the industrial IoT dashboard project for how a monitoring screen is structured.
- Live production monitoring
- Machine status
- Quality measurements
- Cp/Cpk monitoring when the process data supports it
- Historical trends
- Production reports
- Custom Windows dashboards
Machine vision in the data path
Inspection results belong in the same record as the machine cycle. Camera checks can confirm part presence, measure a feature, flag a defect, or read a barcode, then hand the result to the PLC and to the log. Details are on the machine vision page and in the machine vision inspection project.
- Camera inspection
- Part presence and absence
- Measurement inspection
- Defect detection
- Barcode and QR integration
- Inspection data logging
Industry 4.0 integration
Factory digitalization here means a clear path from the machine to a record someone can open later. The usual architecture is:
- Machine / sensor
- PLC
- Industrial Ethernet, serial, or Modbus
- Vision Automation edge software
- Database
- Dashboard, reports, and the plant network
The edge software stays next to the machine. It does not depend on a public internet connection to keep logging. Reports and other PCs read the database over the plant network.
Custom industrial software
The software is written for the machine and the report the customer actually needs. Industrial automation projects use the same stack when the job is a new station, a retrofit, or a PC-based test rig.
- C# / .NET
- Python
- LabVIEW
- PLC integration
- SQLite / SQL
- REST APIs
- Industrial communication protocols
